An exceptionally rare 1830's Louis Philippe Parisian commode in the diminutive size with uber rare green marble top and African flamed mahogany wood. Stunning example and so rare to find.
Bookmatched flamed mahogany veneer on oak. Original handsome Sainte-Anne green marble top with tapered edges. Featuring four fitted long drawers with brass keyholes. Resting on four short feet. Louis Philippe style was purposely linear and restraint providing robustness and functionality. They never had gilded bronze decoration. Green marble and African flamed mahogany scream how classic and rare this statement piece is. We love this. Two original keys.
