Beautiful Antique Ebonised Chinoiserie & Rattan English Salon/Show Chair circa 1830

A very rare Jenners and Bettrige Birmm of London ebonised salon/show chair with hand painted decorative chinoiserie detailing  featuring central butterfly and inlaid flower decoration. An exceptional looking and decorative piece, dating from the  early Victorian era of 1838. Research and catalogue entries show this model made by the master craftsmen at  Jenners & Bettridge Birmm London. These chairs are very rare to find and are of the highest decorative quality. In  good order for its age there are some historic repairs, cracking crazing etc,  (does not detract from the use or look of the item). Cane/rattan work in good order, all in all a very unique and statement piece of furniture.
