Exceptional Antique French Provincial Oak Tavern Table Circa 1890

A beautiful Antique Provincial French Oak Tavern table. Seats 8 comfortably with space at either end to make up to 10 seater. Circa 1890 this fabulous table has wide grain detailing with deep mellow patina. Beautiful frame with peg and dowelled joints, chamfered legs, cross stretcher with years of wear from feet rubbing against the stretcher over the years. The table top has great warmth and depth of colour with thick plank oak construction. Original mid section dovetailed cutlery drawers with decorative half moon pull handles. These sought after antique tables are getting rare and harder to source. A fabulous statement piece of furniture and investment for the future.
