A rare Signed Russell Flint collotype stamped by the Fine Art Trade Guild. Titled The Danza Montana. Flint was one of the most celebrated British watercolourists of the 20th century. Known for his remarkable technical skill and precision. President of the Royal Academy, and President of the Royal Watercolour Society for twenty years from 1936.Knighted in 1947 for his services to art. This piece is a rare survivor dating from 1960. Verso label to rear confirming limited licensed run of 750 which this number 563. Signed by the artist and stamped by the Fine Art Trade Guild. A beautiful rare work of art. Fabulous fluid form with the dancing figures. Beautiful colours synonymous with one of the top watercolourists of the last century.
