Tooled leather insert/top with gilt Grecian inlay. Hand cut dovetailed mahogany lined drawers with single plank liners with easy brush inlaid borders, confirming even the inner workings of this piece are over and above the norm. Deep mellow patina and depth of grain to every piece of mahogany, front, back, side or rear this piece looks beautiful from every angle. Rio rosewood inlaid key escutcheons and crisp cast decorative brass Lion Head handles. Beautiful quality with ring turned bamboo mahogany legs and inset brass cup castors.
