A rare and very beautiful early carved oak French monastery table. Exceptional detailing confirming a very high quality piece of early ecclesiastical furniture. To be seen from every angle this table screams quality. The perfect centre/console table. Completely unique this will of been commissioned as a one off piece. Three drawer front with oak dovetailed drawer linings, bronze drop pull handles, carved relief to main banded border to top of table. Turned carved legs with under recessed carved arches pillars. Dating from around 1820 this fabulous statement piece of furniture would look good in any setting and would make a gorgeous central console centre table.
