Superior quality with gilt ormolu detailing to swept feet and central hand carved drawer with gilt swag barley drop handle. Simply beautiful. Thick hand cut carved Calacatta Viola marble top. Circa 1860. This statement piece of furniture exudes class. Fabulous form and style with swept curved legs. All original bronze drop escutcheon handle. Near perfect crisp hand carved marble top. Beautiful patina and tight grain to the pollard oak hand carved frame. All in all a stunning piece of furniture that would make an impact in any hallway or reception room.
