Antique English Walnut Library Clerks Desk Chair Circa 1890

A stunning antique walnut library/clerks desk chair circa 1890. All original with beautiful swept arms and form with fabulous depth of patina. We love this statement piece of antique furniture. Thick single cut saddle seat, crinoline cross stretcher, turned carved arm rests and padded rear back rest. The perfect desk/office/study armchair.

As a genuine antique / vintage item there is wear and use commensurate with age. Historic repair to back leather panel and front back panel. Given the leather is original it has wear associated with it’s age. Some wooden products may have signs of historic woodworm. As a precaution we apply a clear triple action woodworm treatment that also kills wet rot, dry rot and woodworm.
