An Early Antique Swedish Gustavian Garden/Hallway Box Bench Circa 1800

A gorgeous antique Swedish Gustavian box bench. The patina and graining on this fabulous statement bench has to be seen to be believed. Dating from 1800 this beautiful survivor can be used indoors or outdoors. Original paintwork. Peg & Tenon joints carved splayed arms with carved & turned back rest. Box seat with under storage. Superb example. A very rare design dating from around 1800. The perfect garden/home seating. One finial missing from right hand arm rest.
