A beautiful pair of early original Staffordshire Greyhounds/Dogs on oval bases with decorative pottery bases and featuring hares to dogs mouths, depicting hunting/retrieval scene. This pair are early large versions circa 1840. Fabulous patina and wear from years of existence/display. Highly decorative and will inject style into any interior. One of the Greyhound’s has had a nibble on his ear which we have repaired/restored.
