A beautiful antique early Georgian Country House wingback armchair. Beautiful mahogany detailing with carved ball and claw feet with swept rear legs, turned arms with shield back rest. Fabulous proportions, exceptionally comfortable. The shape and feet say it all. Glimpses of the original stripped Georgian fabric below the current country house upholstery with horsehair stuffing. Circa 1800.  Inject style into any setting with this fabulous classic library/fireside chair. Wear to current upholstery, can be used as is or recovered.
