Antique Georgian Style Mahogany Marble Breakfront Bookcase Console

A beautiful high quality mahogany and marble breakfront bookcase/console. Bookmatched mahogany panels, thick hand cut carved detailed marble top, pierced wire and hand cast brass cupboard doors, original keys and superb looking piece of statement furniture.  Exceptional quality, fabulous patina from years of use. Perfect as a hallway console/bookcase. Originally purchased by the owners in the 1960s this piece of furniture has been produced at great expense and the original purchase price we are informed was £2,500.

As a genuine antique / vintage item there is wear and use commensurate with age. None of these detract from look or use of the piece and are very common in pieces of furniture of this age.
