Antique Georgian Ash Sussex Chair Circa 1800

An absolutely beautiful early Georgian provincial ash Sussex chair. A fabulous survivor and great example of an early Sussex chair. Ash frame with elbow arms and turned legs. Rush seat, turned back rest and overall fair condition for age. Circa 1800.

Height 87cm x width 52cm x depth 52cm x seat height 43cm x seat width 46cm x seat depth 46cm.

As a genuine antique / vintage item there is wear and use commensurate with age. Some wooden products may have signs of historic woodworm.
