Antique French Provincial Elm Two Plank Refectory Farmhouse Kitchen Table Circa 1840

£1,350.00

A beautiful antique French Two Plank Elm farmhouse refectory kitchen table. Fabulous patina from years of use, circa 1840. A very provincial piece of French furniture. Elm tapered legs with peg and tenon joints, stretcher cross legs and thick two plank elm table top with open grain. Altogether a very fine example. The perfect statement table in rare Elm construction. These are highly sought after tables and getting harder to find with the classic early French profile.

This table is in natural bleached Elm which is an unfinished/non treated finish. We can wax and seal the table if wanted at an extra cost, of £85 the choice is yours. Different finishes available from lime wax, raw wax, matt wax etc. Please discuss with us prior to purchase.
