An elegant gilt and gesso antique French Louis XVI cane window seat. High quality with carved relief & swept arms frame. Circa 1800. Baby blue in colour with gilt carved detailing.

As a genuine antique/vintage item there is wear and use commensurate with age. Cane work original and in fair order for age. Historic repairs to frame, which do not detract from the use of look of the piece. Some wooden products may have signs of historic woodworm.
