Stunning Antique Napoleon III French Chaise Armchair Reupholstered In 12oz Irish Linen Circa 1840

A stunning Napoleon III French armchair with fabulous form and shape. Reupholstered in sumptuous grey Irish linen. Solid thick beech frame and very comfortable with newly sprung base and pocket back. Newly upholstered hessian base, studded detailing to tops of front legs and 12 oz Irish grey linen. Dating from around 1840 this is a beautiful statement chair. Scrolled open splayed arms, large comfortable seat area. Restored/reupholstered in house by the Search & Rescued restoration workshops so this beautiful pair can admired, enjoyed and used for another 100 years plus.
