An exceptional antique elm and yew elbow chair that featured in the Third Annual Furniture Exhibition of 1883 by renowned cabinet makers “Jenks & Wood” Stamped makers mark to rear. A rare piece of furniture in excellent order for age. Great wear to seat from years of use. Deep patina and grain. Fabulous form with turned legs and double cross stretcher. 83 cm height, 48cm height to seat 66cm width, 50cm depth, 43cm depth of seat
